"Earlier this year my siblings and I were tasked with selling my parent’s home of over30 years. The home was in the Greenbrier development of Marlboro. As Executor of the estate, the task was made that much more difficult that I lived over 300 miles away.

We listed the home with Andrea Trachtenberg. It was the best decision we could have made. We decided to have some cosmetic work and some updating of the mechanical systems completed prior to placing the home on the market. Andrea was integral in locating professionals who were above reproach to competently and quickly do the work we wanted done.

Andrea was present from start to finish. She “knows people. She had the home cleaned both inside and out. She had the home professional photographed. The listing made me want to move into the house. Once the home was listed she held open houses during the weekends. Her plan was to hold an open house every weekend but the house attracted a lot of interest and was under contract before we knew it. That, however, is not the end of a sale, it is the beginning. Moreover it was only the beginning of the services Andrea provided. She helped to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy and was on the scene for the inspection. Some additional work had to be done after the home Inspection and again, Andrea was our concierge .

She helped locate the professionals needed to complete work and was on location when work was being done. She even helped clean out the house before the closing and that was no small task.
